PonsTok watches for comments that mention its TikTok account and carry a launch command. When it finds one, it deploys a community token through the pons launchpad on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663) and points that token’s trading rewards at a payout wallet. The website shows what happened, read back from the blockchain.
PonsTok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Robinhood, or pons. Using it creates no relationship with any of them.
A launch starts with a public comment mentioning @ponstok. Two things about that are worth stating outright, because they surprise people:
Anyone who can comment can trigger a launch, including on a video they did not make, and naming an X account that is not theirs. The rewards go where the command says: to the wallet it names, or to whoever proves they own the X handle it names. Never automatically to the video’s author.
We rate-limit launches per TikTok handle, and we may refuse, delay, or stop processing any command for any reason, including moderation. We are under no obligation to launch anything.
When a launch is registered, its payout address is written into the fee router contract. That contract has no function to change it. Nobody can move a launch’s rewards to a different wallet afterwards — not you, and not us. If the wrong address is written, the rewards are gone.
A command that names an X handle instead of a wallet leaves the launch unregistered: it trades, and its fees accumulate in the pons locker, until the owner of that handle signs in here and picks a wallet. Claiming is one-way for the same reason: the address it writes is final.
Signing in proves only that you control the X account the command named. If someone names an account that is not yours, its owner can claim that launch instead of you.
It is a community token. It is not a stock, a security, a share, or a claim on anything: not on the creator, not on us, not on any asset.
It carries no promise of value, liquidity, buyback, or return. Its price can go to zero, and most tokens like it do.
We do not sell it to you, do not price it, and do not make a market in it. It trades on pons, permissionlessly, between whoever chooses to trade it.
Once deployed, the token exists on a public blockchain. We cannot delete it, pause it, or take it back.
Trading a launch token generates fees. pons takes its own protocol share first; the remaining creator share reaches our fee router, which splits it 95% to the payout wallet and 5% to PonsTok as a service fee. Those percentages are compiled into the contract as constants. They are not a policy we promise to follow, and they cannot be varied for a particular launch.
Rewards only exist if the token is traded. No trading means no rewards, however many views the video gets.
You are responsible for the rights to the video you launch from, including its music, its footage, and anyone appearing in it. Posting a launch command transfers no rights to us.
The ticker and name you choose become public and permanent on the chain, attached to a token anyone can see and trade. Choose them accordingly.
Do not launch content you do not have the rights to, content that impersonates someone, or anything unlawful.
We can stop showing a launch on this website, and we will consider any reasonable takedown request. We cannot remove the token, the pool, or the transactions from the blockchain, and neither can anyone else. Removing a page here undoes nothing on the chain.
To report content or request a takedown, contact us at our X account.
The service is provided as is. The smart contracts are unaudited. Software, keys, blockchains, and third-party services all fail, and a failure can lose funds permanently.
One operator key deploys launches and registers payouts. This is not a trustless system, and we do not present it as one.
Nothing here is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. We are not a broker, an exchange, or an adviser, and we do not hold your tokens.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including lost funds, failed transactions, or the value of any token.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top is when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
